What this website collects, and why.

This website

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Its fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell anyone else you visited.

The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, school, role and message, the page you sent it from, and your browser's user agent. We use them to reply to you and to prepare your school's preview, and nothing else. They are stored in our own customer records, hosted on Google Cloud, and are never sold, rented or shared with anyone outside Appier.

To stop the form being abused, your IP address is used briefly to limit how many messages can be sent from one place, and that counter expires on its own.

Booking a time

When you book a time on our booking page, we receive your name, email address, and the school and note if you add them, with the time you chose, the page and your browser's user agent. We use them to put the call on our calendar and send you a Google Meet invitation, and they are kept in the same customer records as the contact form, never sold, rented or shared. The page shows only when we are free; it never shows anything about our other appointments. Your IP address limits how many requests come from one place, as for the form.

A demo link we emailed you

If we emailed you a link to your school's demo, it runs through this site first. We record that your school's link was opened, and on which day, so we know the email reached you. Nothing about you or your device is stored: not your IP address, not your browser.

The live demo

The app you can try on this site runs on an entirely fictional school. It makes no network requests, sends nothing anywhere, and the people in it do not exist. Anything you try there, including your school's name and colors, stays in your browser.

Your choices

Want us to delete what you sent, or to see it? Email security@appiertech.com and we will do it promptly.

The Appier app itself

How the app handles a school's data is set out on the security page, and each school's app carries a privacy policy of its own.
